Founder and Head of Revenue Operations

Andrew Mitchell founded RevOps Recon, LLC in 2024, building on a distinguished career that spans six years of service in the U.S. Army and more than 15 years driving results in the private sector. A proven leader in revenue operations, Andrew has successfully led both large corporate teams and agile startup groups, giving him a unique ability to align strategy with execution across diverse business environments.

He holds multiple CRM and sales/marketing technology certifications, along with advanced credentials in leadership and strategic management, underscoring his expertise in designing systems that optimize growth and efficiency.

A proud veteran, Andrew served combat tours in both Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom), experiences that shaped his discipline, resilience, and leadership philosophy. He retired from military service with honor and now channels that same focus into building high-performing business operations.

Andrew earned his degree from Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina. He lives in Fairview, TN (Nashville Metro Area) with his wife, their two children, and the family’s beloved dog.
